Kerala Migration Survey 2023 takes place through Gulati Institute of Finance and Taxation under the direction of Dr. S. Irudaya Rajan, Visiting Fellow, GIFT and Chair, IIMAD which is funded by the Government of Kerala.

A Senior Lecturer is expected to make significant contributions to the teaching effort of a School, Institute, programme, or an interdisciplinary area. A Senior Lecturer is also expected to play a major role in scholarship, research, and/or professional activities. A Senior Lecturer is expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills, and the ability to network effectively and interact with a diverse range of students and staff

The Person We Seek;

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:
i) A PhD in the relevant discipline with relevant tertiary teaching experience and/or research experience; or
ii) In exceptional cases, a Master’s degree or professional qualification with relevant teaching experience or relevant industry/professional experience or a significant research profile. For example, Profession-based disciplines;
iii) In addition, a Senior Lecturer will normally require a record of demonstrable scholarly and professional achievement in the relevant discipline.
iv) Other Minimum Qualification Requirements may be stipulated according to particular disciplinary requirements, following international standards.

Preference will be given to applicants with:
– A teaching qualification such as Postgraduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching (PGCTT) or equivalent

The position is available for a term of 5 years and may be renewed by mutual agreement, subject to successful performance outcomes.

Salary Range : FJ $99,971 to FJ $115,351 per annum
