    Dr Ranju is a human resource expert and self-employed labour migration researcher with over 17 years of experience in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) nations. Currently based in Qatar, he is the founder of Exodus Research, a non-profit organization dedicated to independent research on Labour Migration from SE Asian Countries. He holds a doctorate in-Migration from Annamalai University and works closely with IOM and other international agencies on labour migration to Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) nations.
