He is a dynamic and inquisitive political science scholar with a passion for understanding the intersections of migration, aging, welfare politics, and social policy in contemporary India. A graduate of the University of Delhi and a master’s degree holder from the Central University of Andhra Pradesh, Abhiram brings both academic rigor and a grounded field perspective to his work. He actively explores how shifting demographic realities reshape governance and public policy. His recent involvement in the Kerala Ageing Survey 2023 reflects a deep commitment to amplifying the voices of the elderly and examining how welfare systems can be more inclusive and responsive. With a research ethos rooted in empathy, evidence, and impact, Abhiram aims to contribute meaningfully to the evolving discourse on social justice and policy innovation in India.
