    Akhil is the research lead at centre for Indian Migrant Studies. He also works as a research consultant with Migrant Forum in Asia. His research interests are labour migration, international migration governance, Comparative governance and political economy. He is pursuing PHD in Applied economics from Centre for Development Studies. He writes extensively on various issues of international migration.
