    Postdoctoral Fellow Recruitment Update: Shortlisting and Interview Outcomes

    As part of the ongoing selection process for the Postdoctoral Fellow position for the UNFPA-funded project, the Screening Committee at the International Institute of Migration and Development (IIMAD) conducted an initial evaluation of the received applications.

    Following the preliminary review, four candidates were identified as having relevant academic and research expertise in the domain of ageing:

    • Dr. Irshad C.V. – Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT)
    • Dr. Shubham Tiwari – Sunbeam Women’s College, Varuna – Varanasi, Gaya
    • Ms. V. Kalaiyarasi – Madurai Kamaraj University, Tamil Nadu
    • Dr. Sneh Shrivastava – A.N. Sinha Institute of Social Studies, Patna

    These candidates were shortlisted for the second stage of the selection process.

    Three of the shortlisted candidates appeared for the interview. Based on their performance during the final assessment, the committee ranked the candidates as follows:
