Loka Kerala Sabha is a democratic platform designed to engage Non-Resident Keralites (NRKs) in the policymaking process of Kerala. It serves as a vital link for the cultural, socio-political, and economic integration of NRKs with their home state.

In response to recommendations from the 3rd Sabha, NORKA-Roots, in collaboration with Digital University, has created Loka Keralam Online. This comprehensive and interactive digital platform allows NRKs to connect with Kerala through various avenues, enhancing their engagement and participation.

Another significant recommendation was the Kerala Migration Survey 2023, which is conducted by the Gulati Institute of Finance and Taxation (GIFT) under the auspices of the NORKA Department. This extensive survey, covering 20,000 households, provides a detailed mapping of migration from Kerala, highlighting various nuances of international migration. The event will feature the official launch of Loka Keralam Online and the release of the survey report, followed by a panel discussion.
